All the comforts of your room
Caracalla was an emperor of the Severan dynasty who, with the Constitutio Antoniniana, granted citizenship to all free inhabitants of the Empire. A great example of imperial baths in Rome, the Baths of Caracalla—also known as the Antonine Baths—were built on the Little Aventine between 212 and 216 AD. They were the most imposing baths ever constructed until the inauguration of the Baths of Diocletian and served the residents of the area between the Caelian Hill, the Aventine, and the Circus Maximus.
